These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wan 2.6, including our website, AI generation tools, billing features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activities under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Service Scope

Wan 2.6 is an independent AI service platform. We may integrate or deploy third-party and open-source model technologies, but we are not affiliated with model providers unless explicitly stated.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Plans and Charges

• Paid plans may be billed monthly, yearly, or one-time depending on the selected product.
• Prices, credits, and features are shown at checkout and in your billing area.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges using your saved payment method.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry charging your payment method and may limit paid features until billing is resolved.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch intervals according to the options available in your billing settings. Changes may apply immediately or at the next billing period depending on the plan rules shown at checkout.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing/customer portal.
• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
• Canceling prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund already billed periods except where required by law or our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy at /refund-policy.

For generation task failures, credit returns may be processed according to platform rules and technical logs.

Acceptable Use and Moderation

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Moderation Policy.

We may block, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate policy, applicable law, or safety requirements.

Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to the Service, software, branding, and platform materials.
• You retain rights to content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wan 2.6 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment, or Terms violations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.
